MY JOURNEY

Early life: My journey starts with having emigrated to the United Kingdom at the age of three. My early life truly has defined my perspectives in life, how I view work and how it relates to one's personal life. Having experienced hardships of homelessness, being fostered temporarily, and living through poverty, these hardships have shaped and defined my ethic morales, adult working life and importantly, how I treat those around me.

Young Adult: I worked as a part-time waitress and student support worker whilst studying for my bachelor's degree. Thankfully, I graduated with a BSc Honors degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2012.
Following this I relocated to Germany for two years in the pursuit of studying medicine abroad. Due to personal circumstances I relocated back to the United Kingdom and worked three part-time jobs to fund myself in postgraduate education.

Professional Experience: I am a healthcare professional trained to the UK's Medical Model; Qualified Physician Associate on the Faculty of Physician Associates Voluntary Register, 2020.
With 3+ years experience in the largest, fast-paced and demanding Vascular Surgery unit in the West Midlands, serving a population of two million people, I have grown my knowledge base in a niche specialty with great anatomical knowledge.
My advanced surgical skills include treating varicose veins through foam sclerotherapy and radio-frequency ablation, which means A LOT of cannulas and needles! I firmly believe that this experience makes me a confident injector by bringing all the acquired and transferable skills to medical aesthetic practice.
