Client Information
All clients are required to provide contact details including first name, surname, mobile phone number, a primary email address and Date of Birth in order to secure an appointment.
All patients must complete a Medical History form in the 48 hours before the day of their appointment and on subsequent visits. This is necessary for the consultation and treatment plan.
New patients are seen for consultation first before any treatment is undertaken. Treatment may be provided on the first visit at aesthetician's discretion.
All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
Patient information will not be shared with third parties and you will not receive unsolicited information from Naju Ibrahim Medical Aesthetics.
You can choose to opt-out from our mailing list at any time by unsubscribing. PLEASE NOTE: This may also mean that you will miss out on key information pertaining to your appointments.
All clients under the age of 25 will need to bring ID with them on the day of treatment to confirm age.
Appointments
All Face to Face consultations and treatment appointments are charged at £50. The £50 deposit/fee is redeemable on the day against treatment(s). The 50 deposit/fee is NOT valid against product purchases or treatments performed at a later date. The £50 deposit/fee is non-refundable.
The £50 fee is non-transferable to a different date if you are having a consultation only.
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy due to high demand.
Any cancellations/rescheduled appointments within the 48-hour cancellation time period will be classed as a Late Cancel. PLEASE NOTE: This Fee is non-transferrable to a later date and will not be refunded.
If cancelling outside of the 48-hour policy, your £50 Consultation Fee/deposit will not be refunded.
If rescheduling outside of the 48-hour policy, your £50 Consultation Fee/Deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled date and will NOT be refundable. It will be redeemable towards treatment on the day of the rescheduled appointment.
If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and/or fail to advise us as per policy in advance, this will be classed as a No-Show. PLEASE NOTE: Your £50 deposit/fee will not be refunded.
After 1 No-Show or 1 Late Cancel, a further £50 Consultation Fee/deposit will need to be paid in advance of your next appointment. This deposit can be redeemed on your treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a Covid Isolation Insurance Policy and therefore the above Terms and Conditions apply for all clients.
Terms and Conditions for cancellations or missed appointments:
Routine review appointments are offered for Anti-Wrinkle treatments. Clients do not incure an additonal cost for routine review appointments and this takes place 2 weeks after the initial treatment.
If you are unable to attend your Anti-Wrinkle Review Appointment at 2 weeks after the initial treatment, no additional ‘top up’ will be provided after the 2 week review period.
Follow-up appointments for excessive sweating treatment, jawline slimming and dermal fillers can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance depending on the treatment type.
The client will be advised if and when all the top ups for botulinum toxin treatments are needed.
Follow up appointments and aftercare is provided according to the treatment(s) undertaken. If you are unsure of any of the above-mentioned information, please email najuaishaibrahim@gmail.com.
If you are unwell, please call to inform us of this. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes coronavirus, colds, cold sores, local skin infections or if you are being treated for an ear infection with antibacterial ear drops.
I, Naju Ibrahim, reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time, if a client is thought to be unsuitable or that a treatment is not in the best interest of the client.
Children & Young Persons
I do not treat anyone under the age of 18.
Please do not have children present during your consultation and treatment to ensure the smooth running of appointments.

The delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, inclusive of:
Consultation and assessment
Information, guidance and advice
Safe delivery of treatments with evidence based practice
Follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate
Whilst I aim to provide an excellent service based on a bespoke package including factual, honest and ethical advice, safe and expert treatment in experienced hands with the best products tailored to your consultation findings, I cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
